Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver medicines, healthcare products, and other essentials to customers’ doorsteps in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Ensure all products are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition.
∎ Collect payments from customers as per the delivery instructions. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments collected and update software on mobile phone.
∎ Communicate effectively with customers, providing friendly and courteous service.
∎ Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.
∎ Handle any delivery returns or exchanges in line with company policies.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent education level.
∎ Valid motorcycle driving license and experience in driving within Dhaka city.
∎ Prior experience in delivery or courier services is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with the Dhaka city area and efficient route planning.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
∎ Physically fit and capable.
