- Valid motorcycle driving license and experience in driving within Dhaka city.
- Prior experience in delivery or courier services is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with the Dhaka city area and efficient route planning.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- Physically fit and capable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Deliver medicines, healthcare products, and other essentials to customers’ doorsteps in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all products are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition.
Collect payments from customers as per the delivery instructions. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments collected and update software on mobile phone.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing friendly and courteous service.
Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Handle any delivery returns or exchanges in line with company policies.
