হাসপাতালের আউটডোরে রোগী দেখতে হবে।
রোগীর চিকিৎসা সেবার সর্বোচ্চ মান নিশ্চিত করা।
সঠিক পরামর্শ প্রদান করে রোগীর সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে ম্যানেজমেন্ট কে সাহায্য করতে হবে।
