∎ The position requires a doctorate in business from an AACSB accredited school and a strong track record of research, scholarship, service, and teaching commensurate with the rank of full professor, as well as experience in administrative leadership positions. Previous success with external funding will be strongly preferred. The individual will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, effective management capacity, and keen business acumen that can ensure successful, on-time accreditation of the school and its transformation into a reputable management institute in the region.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor, the Dean will lead and administer the Business School. The Dean will be expected to engage in extensive planning exercises and oversee development. The Dean will lead critical activities such as accreditation of degree programs, the recruitment of outstanding faculty, establishment of local and international partnerships with industry and academia, development of curricula, and student recruitment.
