Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health & WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 9 institutions and 16 donor funded projects.
∎ DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Junior/Assistant Accounts & Admin Officer for Road Safety Projects. It`s a Dhaka based position which will act as the key person of finance operations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support overall data management for the Implementation of World Health Survey Plus (WHS+)
∎ Produce feedback and information bulletins;
∎ Support capacity building of data managers and data users at IST and country levels;
∎ Support the development, maintenance and updating of databases related to the field;
∎ Support production and updating (reviewing) of data modules used at different levels based on pro needs;
∎ Provide technical support for improving data evaded data for analysis, including but not limited to generating reports, tables, graphs and maps;
∎ Assist in compilation of accountability framework data for monitoring staff performance using expected deliverables and key performance indicators.
∎ Perform other related responsibilities as assigned, including replacing and backstopping for others as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least two (2) years' experience in related field.
∎ Excellent computer skills using database, statistical software, and general office applications
∎ Experience in the design of databases, data collection and reporting;
∎ Strong team leadership, risk management, and organizational and management skills;
∎ Ability to develop and carry out work plans solve problems independently
∎ A demonstrated understanding of development issues in Bangladesh and more broadly, including a sound understanding of social protection and inclusion in Bangladesh;
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop a constructive and supportive working relationships with colleagues and to work effectively with senior government and non-government stakeholders;
