∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Job Context:
∎ Background: WorldFish is hiring 8 Data Enumerators for the Project entitled "Income, Diets, Empowerment through Aquaculture (IDEA)" to implement project activities in the field level.
∎ Eligibility, Location and Duration: Among the eight (8) positions, four (4) will be based at WorldFish`s Office in Bogura, and another four (4) positions will be based at Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Interviews are expected to be held by end of December 2019 and only shortlisted candidates will be notified and expected to attend the interview. The successful candidate should be available to commence as soon as possible for an initial five (5) months short term contract, with the possibility of contract renewal depending on performance and funding availability.
∎ This is a five (5) months temporary position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting data of surveys of IDEA project using TAB or structured questionnaires that include:
∎ - Farmer census;
∎ - Market actor census;
∎ - Hatchery census;
∎ - Farmer production performance monitoring survey;
∎ - Market actor (input & Output market) sales performance monitoring survey;
∎ - Nutrition and gender progress monitoring survey;
∎ - Event register;
∎ - Loan disbursement and savings survey;
∎ - Market price survey and
∎ - Other forms as required
∎ Assisting the survey supervisor in data cleaning, validating, and triangulating for quality assurance.
∎ Ensuring field data quality through revisiting interviewees when required.
∎ Reporting the progress activities in regular basis to the survey supervisor and taking necessary steps for smooth operation of the survey.
∎ Performing other works relevant to the survey assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Deliverables
∎ - Soft copy and hard copy of all collected data.
∎ - Daily data collection report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with previously experienced in data collection for research will be given preference.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
∎ Good understanding of the local context.
∎ Positive and can-do attitude towards tasks beyond the job description.
