Job Context:
∎ WorldFish is hiring a Data Enumerator for the collection of Capacity Development (CapDev) activities data administered in the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system platform.
∎ This position will be based at WorldFish`s country office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Interviews are expected to be held in February 2020 and shortlisted candidate will be expected to attend the interview session. The successful candidate should be available to commence in March 2020 for a six (6) months` temporary contract.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiar with the indicators, outputs and outcomes of the Capacity Development Module of the MEL system used by WorldFish.
∎ Work with WorldFish project leaders or contact points to collect information on capacity development activities as defined in the MEL CapDev module (Trainings, Workshops, Seminars, Students, etc.).
∎ Review existing capacity development data of different projects performed and implemented since 2017 until December 2019.
∎ Upload capacity development related information and documents (Participants list, Report, course schedule, Module, etc.) in the MEL system.
∎ Carry out a comprehensive review of entered budget capacity development data.
∎ Support the Bangladesh CapDev CoP member in developing communication products as needed.
∎ Deliverables:
∎ Accurate information of Capacity Development activities (2017-2019) would be available in the MEL System.

Additional Requirements:
∎ This job is open to Bangladesh Nationals with the following skills and qualifications:
∎ Good professional aptitude.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency with medium to advanced skills on spreadsheet and database programs.
∎ Excellent understanding and communication skills in English.
∎ Understanding of Capacity Development key indicators.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
