Job Responsibilities:
∎ Through management, oversight, review, and training, ensures data entry services are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
∎ Ensures confidentiality and security of sensitive data and reports including patient data base management.
∎ Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
∎ Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
∎ Serves as a liaison between data entry and other departments team assessing which reports needs or other report related information and ensuring proper staffing to address those needs.
∎ Maintain a daily PST report.
∎ Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for Computer entry.
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output.
∎ The selected candidate's duty time on 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Thorough understanding of data entry methods, equipment, and procedures.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a reputed health care institution or any other institution as a supervisor of the data entry team..
∎ Candidates should have good English comprehension.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Thorough understanding of data entry methods, equipment, and procedures.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Flexible for the experienced in the handwritten data entry field.
∎ Well Disciplined
∎ Quick Learner
