Job Context:
∎ Reputed RMG Factory situated in Tenguri is looking for Data Entry Operator.
∎ Location : Only candidates living close to Tenguri, BKSP Area apply

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve all the pending and backlog issues regarding implementation of ERP Package.
∎ Co-ordinate with other Department for their issues and Solving.
∎ Responsible to Enter the Correct Data into the System and Update existing data
∎ Responsible for providing the assistance in the installation of system and network
∎ Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
∎ Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
∎ Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
∎ Verify data by comparing it to source documents
∎ Produce reports
∎ Retrieve data as requested
∎ Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
∎ Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates who have experience working in Garment factories preferred.
∎ Proven experience as data entry clerk
∎ Fast typing skills
∎ Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
∎ Basic understanding of databases
∎ Good command of English both oral and written
∎ Great attention to detail
∎ Team player
∎ Good time-management skills
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills
