Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for data entry work using computer and software.
∎ Entering, updating data in various systems and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated
∎ Make a Report to the Coordinator
∎ Help Coordinator to prepare and maintain a list of stakeholders for the data entry activity
∎ Maintain confidentiality of the sensitive information
∎ Facilitate (over the phone calls) and visit the required offices to upload available information of the stakeholders in the online system.
∎ Communicate with the different stakeholders to expedite the validation of the information
∎ Properly maintain all types of related records
∎ Any other assignment or related duties as assigned by the coordinator
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Ensure accuracy of data entry work.
∎ Minimum typing speed 35-40 words per minute (English)
∎ Able to entry online/ off line data (English) posting to the software.
∎ Sufficient experience and required qualification for data entry management and ensuring the accuracy of data entry work.
∎ Maintain Daily record
∎ Prepare monthly report of your job
∎ Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc)
∎ Expert in using Internet tools
∎ Good Communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Maintaining secrecy of stakeholders' credentials
