Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Ability to work efficiently on Microsoft word, Microsoft excels Microsoft power point & data entry software.
∎ 2.Ability to understand & read English properly.
∎ 3.Analyze production & performance data from different departments of factory.
∎ 4.Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates and interpret the information for management decision.
∎ 5.High Speed typing in Both Bangla & English.
∎ 6.Good interpersonal skill.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
