Analyze production & performance data from different departments of factory.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates and interpret the information for management decision.
High Speed typing in Both Bangla & English.
Good interpersonal skill.
Any others task assign by management.
