Educational Requirements:
∎ Relevant Training Course/ Diploma/ B.Sc in relevant subject from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Entering customer/client and account data from source documents within time limits
∎ Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
∎ Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
∎ Prepare accurate and timely reports
∎ Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Entry, Software Application
∎ Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office use especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint including Bangla Typing in Bijoy.
∎ Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products including installation of new computer hardware, software and operating system, anti-virus software, print services, and e-mail provision of the company.
∎ Strong networking and interpersonal skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Excellent skill in verbal and written communications in Bangla and English particularly in preparing issue-based papers or reports.
∎ Approachable, flexible, creative and supportive.
∎ Patience and perseverance.
