Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC / Graduate from any reputed public/private University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing help and advice to customers using organization's products or services.
∎ Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, Whatsapp, Messenger SMS.
∎ Investigating and solving customer's problems.
∎ Handling client complaints or any major incidents.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on BAR & Fresher's welcome.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Entry Operator.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Data Entry Operator, Customer Support Executive, Call Center, Computer Operator.
∎ Communication skills that allows to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
∎ Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require.
∎ Problem handling/solving skills.
∎ Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants.
∎ Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Organizational and planning skills to develop customer service policies.
∎ Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face-to-face.
∎ A commitment to improve customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge on Client Services, Customer Care, Computer Operator, Customer Support, organizational culture, people management & computer literacy.
∎ Fluency in both Bangla and English writing and speaking.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 24000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable.
