Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Minimum Higher Secondary or equivalent;
∎ Training/Trade Course: MS Excel
∎ Skills Required: MS Excel, Ms Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains database by entering any new and updated customer and order information;
∎ Maintain, update and followup database by using MS Excel and generate various kind of reports as required;
∎ Prepare and maintain any kind of official documentation ;
∎ Communicate inter department to update and maintain accurate database;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Should have excellent competency in using Microsoft office program like Word, Excel & Power Point
∎ Excellent typing speed in using MS office and any other relevant software
∎ Able to learn and use new software as quickly as possible
∎ Competent in email communication
∎ Experienced in the data entry and data analysis
Salary: Negotiable
