∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Data Entry Firm.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Proficient typing skills in Bijoy Bangla and English.
∎ Well-versed in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and navigating online environments.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
∎ Familiarity with document handling, such as filling forms and organizing data.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Highly self-motivated, serious about delivering quality work, and possessing a strong customer service mindset.
∎ Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
∎ Prior experience in similar roles is a plus.
∎ Willingness to relocate and work in an overseas branch.
∎ Applicants must possess a valid passport with a minimum of 12 months validity and at least two blank pages.
∎ Efficient Fast typing skill Honesty and Sincerity MS word English and Bangla (Bijoy).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interact with individuals to assist them in completing documentation processes with precision and clarity.
∎ Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of data entry tasks and typing requirements.
∎ Handle diverse documentation activities, such as filling out forms, organizing data, processing records, and managing digital databases.
∎ Ensure seamless coordination and communication to achieve a high standard of task completion and client satisfaction.
∎ Accurately transfer information from physical documents to digital platforms.
∎ Verify data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies or omissions.
∎ Maintain an organized system for managing both physical and electronic records.
∎ Stay updated with relevant regulations and procedural changes applicable in both Bangladesh and UAE.
∎ We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Intern with exceptional typing proficiency in both English and Bijoy Bangla. The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for accuracy, a professional approach to data handling, and the ability to quickly and effectively fill out forms and manage digital tasks.
