Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health & WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 9 institutions and 16 donor funded projects.
∎ DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Junior/Assistant Accounts & Admin Officer for Road Safety Projects. It`s a Dhaka based position which will act as the key person of finance operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection data through using CAPI toolbox
∎ Tab-based data entry
∎ Assisting in research works.
∎ Rapport building with the community and stakeholders
∎ Identify potential Key informants, participants following the eligibility criteria
∎ Work with team members in preparing field plan; collect high quality data in timely manner adhering to the ethical guidelines
∎ Attending research clients and collection of primary data from clients
∎ Submit the data in order to proper implementation of the project
∎ Promote a spirit of collegiality amongst the team members
∎ Encourage team members to collaborate and work together
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
