Job Context:
∎ A national coordinating body for HIV/ AIDS -
∎ Implementing, monitoring and coordinating of national HIV response of the country is seeking qualified personals short time basis. The major role of the staff is updating disease affected persons data in the online data base as per requirement of the program. The major function of the position is to collect relevant documents of the patient and entry in the system under DHIS2. Prepare different types of reports/ dashboards as per requirement of the program.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform data entry, validity check, range check and consistency check in the PLHIV database.
∎ Updated information constantly entered in the PLHIV database under DHIS2 platform.
∎ Assist supervisor in any data management activities as required. Prepare dashboard and different report as per requirement of national program as well as hospital authority.
∎ Follow up data entry to PLHIV database as regular basis (ART information, Lab information, TB and communicable disease information and ART stock status)
∎ Error checking, feedback and follow up.
∎ Worked with closely "Counsellor cum Administrator" and "MT Lab", ART Focal persons.
∎ Coordinate with NGO and other PRs for collect KPs information and support to data management if required. Collect and compile data for KP data set and entry in DHIS2 in coordination with national program
∎ Will perform any other tasks as assigned by the authority.
∎ Job Location: Coxs Bazar, Chattogram, Cumilla, Moulavibazar, Sylhet, Dhaka, Bogura, Khulna, Barishal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Two (2) year working experience in any field of data management includes data collection, editing, cleaning and entry to any specific data base with government or NGO or private sector.
∎ Applicant of the respective district will get preference.
∎ HIV Positive persons are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 29000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Full-time for initially six months (November 2022 to May 2023), It may extend based on the donor concurrence
