Job Context:
∎ Digital Agency Nordic is seeking a Database Analyst candidate to work with databases in excel. Database Analyst must demonstrate knowledge of searching and updating databases, analyzing data, creating and updating detailed spreadsheets and implementing formulas.
∎ Candidate must be self-motivated and have a pro-active work ethic with a “can-do” attitude to provide excellent customer delivery by following-up and completing assigned tasks promptly and proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
∎ Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Type in data provided directly from client
∎ Create or convert to spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
∎ Verify data by comparing it to source documents
∎ Update existing data
∎ Perform backups to ensure data preservation
∎ Implementing formulas creating pivots and suitable graphs based on data
∎ Quality Check data modified before sending to client

Additional Requirements:
∎ The task requires the applicant to spend 8 hours each day in front of a computer and verify huge amount of data on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
∎ We recommend only those who have the patience to sit that long and still collect data flawlessly.
∎ The applicant must be fluent in English, written and verbal, to handle client communication if necessary.
∎ Since we are a Swedish company, it is important for us to have a candidate whose level of communication is up to the International standards.

Salary:
∎ Hourly based salary.

∎ Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days in a week).
