Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or any disciplines from reputed universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct manual penetration tests of Applications, APIs, Web Services, Networks, Wireless, IoT Devices, and Mobile Applications. The incumbent will also work closely with the cybersecurity team to assist with other consulting engagements not directly related to penetration testing, including configuration audits, cybersecurity assessments and other similar services.
∎ Seasoned use of well-known IT security tools like Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, SQLMap, OpenVAS or Metasploit Framework, proficiency with scripting, and modifying open-source technologies
∎ Plan and execute full life cycle offensive operation. This includes project scoping, RFP/SoW work, performing the vulnerability assessment, penetration test, communicating progress with clients, writing professional quality reports, presenting findings to executive and technical audiences.
∎ Perform Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Test that often includes Infrastructure, Web Application, API (Application Programming Interface), Mobile Application, Wireless, Build and Configuration Review and Social Engineering (Phishing), networked devices such as firewall, routers, switches, load balancers, operating systems (Windows & Linux) etc. Therefore, network transmission understanding is a requirement.
∎ Perform security testing using PTES (Penetration Testing Execution Standard) process, OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) guides and OSSTMM (Open-Source Security Testing Methodology) methodology.
∎ Drafting reports of findings and recommendations for remediation.
∎ Understanding and familiar with SOC (Security Operation Center) and its level and functions, Defensive security operational tools, Digital Forensics, Cryptography, Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering.
∎ Ability to understand business problems and processes. Can detect security problems of the organization's threat, risk, and vulnerability.

∎ Good working knowledge of common programming languages and operating systems, including an understanding of their weaknesses.
∎ Any Golang, Python, PowerShell and Shell knowledge would be additional support for offensive operations.
∎ CTF player and Bug Bounty Hunter, Security Certification, Prior experience in security domain would consider additional preference.
∎ SANS control systems, mechanisms, and implementations.
∎ Capable of managing multiple projects at once.
∎ Writing (Penetration Testing Report) and verbal communication is a must.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal Skills.
∎ Experience of working independently & as a team player.
∎ Strong ethics and understanding of ethics in business and information security.
