Employment Context: Flash IT Ltd. is expanding its professional training wing and looking for dynamic Trainers/Facilitators for its VAT & Customs Management Course.

The position suits professionals or academics with strong knowledge of VAT and Customs laws who can teach both offline (Karwan Bazar) and online classes.

Fresh graduates with solid understanding of VAT & Customs and good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on VAT & Customs Management (Basic to Advanced levels).
• Deliver lessons on VAT Compliance, Customs Procedures, Excise, Refunds, Appeals, and case studies.
• Prepare and present course materials, practical exercises, and trainee assignments.
• Guide participants in preparing VAT & Customs returns through real-life examples.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VAT & Customs laws and communicate recent changes to learners.
• Support learners in understanding NBR laws, rules, and practical applications.
• Provide post-training feedback and mentorship to strengthen applied VAT & Customs skills.
• Collaborate with the course development team to enhance content quality and learning outcomes.
• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
