∎ HSC
∎ Skills Required: call centre executive, data entry operator, Social Media Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and customers.
∎ Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Take feedback from customer about service.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 24 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Bangla and English Typing Must be known
∎ Apply if you are from Uttara, Uttar Khan, Dakkhin Khan and Turag.

Salary: Tk. 6000 - 8000 (Monthly)
