Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Minimum O-Level or equivalent.
∎ Bachelor's degree or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be given preference.

∎ Previous experience in customer handling will be considered an advantage.
∎ Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent command of English and Bangla, both spoken and written.

∎ Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Support the Sales & Marketing team with regular follow-ups and data collection.
∎ Manage and update customer databases (Excel file).
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product/service delivery.
∎ Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
∎ Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
