We are looking for a professional, well-spoken, and proactive Customer Relation Officer (Female) to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the company and its customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Communication
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors at the office or project sites with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Maintain a comprehensive database of existing and potential clients.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding project updates, installment payments, and documentation.
Organize and participate in client meetings, site visits, and corporate events.
3. Complaint Resolution
Act as the first point of contact for customer grievances and ensure they are resolved efficiently and within company timelines.
Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering, and Accounts departments to provide accurate information to clients.
4. Administrative & Sales Support
Assist the sales team in preparing brochures, price lists, and booking forms.
Process customer documentation, including allotment letters, sale agreements, and registration papers.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
