Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, lead management, call center, or sales support role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bangla & English).Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.Professional attitude with strong reporting discipline.Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM/lead tracking tools.Experience handling Facebook page inbox, WhatsApp Business, and call management is highly preferred.
Receive, respond to, and manage customer leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital platforms.
Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate product information.
Reply to customer messages promptly with proper business communication etiquette.
Record, organize, and update all leads in the lead tracking system accurately.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead and call activity reports.
Coordinate closely with the sales team and report progress to the immediate supervisor.
Ensure proper handover of qualified leads to the sales team and track outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
