Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person

  • Provide accurate information about travel packages and services

  • Assist clients with booking, changes, and follow-ups

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

  • Maintain customer records and feedback

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
