key responsibility:
oversee day to day store operations, sales, customer service.
Manage inventory, including receiving shipment & tracking stock level.
Train, Supervise & motivate staff to meet sales target.
Maintain store cleanliness and arrange displayed products.
Handle customer inquiries, complains, and ensure high end satisfaction.
prepare sales report and assist in planning marketing activities.
Requirments:
previous retail management or sales experience.
strong leadership & communication skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet target.
