∎ Incumbents should have Bachelor's/Master's degree in Criminology, Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Collection, Credit Control And Recovery, Credit Recovery, Credit Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and execute the debt recovery process for overdue accounts, delinquent payments, and outstanding dues from customers and individual
∎ Investigate and analyze the facts behind investments that have become risky or may potentially become problematic
∎ Research and due diligence to understand the underlying reasons for increased credit risk and identify potential warning signs of potential defaults
∎ Communicate with debtors to negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements. Evaluate debtors' financial situations and propose realistic repayment options
∎ Liaise with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner to encourage timely payments and address any concerns related to debt recovery
∎ Prepare regular reports on the status of outstanding debts, recovery efforts, and success rates. Present the reports to the management team
∎ Ensure all credit recovery activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
∎ Provide excellent customer service to debtors, guiding them through the recovery process, and answering any queries they may have
∎ Deal with local administration/law enforcement agencies where required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Positive attitude, Rapport Building Capacity and Strong Interpersonal Communication skills
∎ Must have the ability & mentality of frequent field visits at any time
∎ Must have excellent presentation skills
∎ Being a great team player & excellent Rapport Builder
