∎ Skills Required: 3d Design, Adobe Premier Pro, AutoCAD, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), motion graphics

∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2D 3D (Auto Cad), Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Digital Design, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), motion graphics, Packaging Design, Product design, Product video making
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create attractive and compelling 360 design solutions that advance and elevate all the client's brand in all marketing collateral, Glassware Product Designing, including (but not limited to) editorial print, packaging design, direct mail, email marketing, social media content, paid social ads, web, presentation decks, brochure, flyers, newsletters, magazine, business card and more.
∎ Reuse and adapt existing label and packaging designs and style guides to new product packaging. Source packaging containers and materials within budget from your existing network and source new vendors
∎ Create assets for digital ads, social content, and offline media such as billboards.
∎ Manage product imagery for web catalog (selects, uploading, editing/retouching)
∎ Prep files for print and maintain printer communications. Optimize design across print and digital production
∎ Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
∎ Glassware Product Designing, Research and Development.
∎ Develop a wide range of graphics and layouts of project brochure, project layout, illustrations, logos, websites & promotional items.
∎ Be able to create motion graphics, infographics, animation, cut and edit video and audio.
∎ 3D Modelling, Texturing and perfect Rendering.
∎ Edit videos, static graphic content mainly focused on social media marketing.
∎ Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
∎ Combining visual footage with audio sound effects, dialogue, and a soundtrack.
∎ Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
∎ Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company's overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
∎ Design drafts to review by Management and make revisions based on the feedback received.
∎ Must have working experience on Adobe Photoshop CS & CC & Illustrator CS & CC, Auto Cad, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Light Room CC, PTGui, Photomatix, Krpano, Skybox, etc.
∎ Thorough knowledge of After Effects and popular plug-ins (Element 3d, Trapcode suit, mocha Ae, etc.)
∎ Working experience with 3D Animation & Modelling, Video editing
∎ Capable to design advertisements in online like - Facebook, Google, YouTube etc.
∎ Have to be expert on High End Photo retouch, Advance Color correction, Masking, Shadow, Symmetric Neck Joint, Image Stitching or 360 degree panaroma Clipping Path (must), etc.
∎ Executing any function that may be assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be expert on High End Photo retouch, Advance Color correction, Masking, Shadow, Symmetric Neck Joint, Image Stitching or 360 degree panaroma Clipping Path (must), etc.
∎ Experience working independently to troubleshoot, diagnose & solve issues; and to develop and rapidly implement corrective actions.
∎ Language Skill: Good Command (Reading, Writing, Speaking) in Bengali and English
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition
∎ The candidate should be positive minded, self-motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
