∎ Experience working with models/talent and directing on shoots.
∎ Basic photography or behind-the-scenes capture skills.
∎ Familiarity with fashion lookbook production or influencer marketing.
∎ Must have own production gear such as a full-frame camera, lenses, audio devices, light, stabilization gear, and other accessories.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for use across social media, website, email, and digital campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to conceptualize and execute visual stories that reflect the brand’s tone and identity.
∎ Shoot on-location and in-studio for campaigns, lookbooks, influencer content, events, and lifestyle features.
∎ Edit videos for various formats and platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.), optimizing for engagement and brand consistency.
∎ Add stylized text overlays, music, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance the viewer experience.
∎ Maintain high standards of video production, from lighting and sound to framing and pacing.
∎ Stay on top of trends in fashion/lifestyle content and short-form video storytelling.
∎ Organize and archive video footage and project files for ongoing brand use.
∎ Help develop and manage a visual content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
