∎ Skills:
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and other design software.
∎ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.).
∎ Basic knowledge of IT network management, cyber-security and EMR systems.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills.
∎ Experience: At least 2+ years of experiences in IT and graphic design.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IT Management: Manage and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of software, networks and systems.
∎ Network Administration: Oversee LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, troubleshooting issues promptly for minimal downtime.
∎ EMR Integration: Assist in the setup and management of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for efficient patient data management.
∎ Cyber-Security: Implement security measures to protect patient data and digital assets, including firewalls and VPNs.· Graphic
∎ Design & Marketing: Design creative and engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media content.
∎ Digital Marketing: Manage the hospital's online presence, including SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns to attract and engage patients.
∎ Live Surgery Streaming: Support live surgery streaming for educational and promotional purposes, ensuring smooth technical execution.
