Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in Fine Arts and Creative Designing.
∎ English Medium Background preferred.
∎ Educational background can be considered for experienced candidates on this field of work.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives, creative solutions and requirements for client demands.
∎ Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
∎ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
∎ Demonstrating illustrative skills;
∎ Making ideas, layouts to produce creative materials;
∎ Have knowledge in the area of audio-visual, 3D illustration as well as visual graphics.
∎ Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs;
∎ Able to operate a team of printers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists;
∎ Performing responsibilities relates with Brand and Branding placement
∎ Assisting in development and implementation of advertising and promotional activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in Adobe Suites particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator;
∎ Free hand drawing, digital illustration skill;
∎ 3D designing experience will set advantage;
∎ Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office and e-mail;
∎ Good spoken and written skills both in English & Bengali;
∎ Innovative thinker;
∎ Strong customer service skills;
∎ Have sound self discipline and focus on self development;
∎ Be a flexible team player within Prochito IMC Ltd, sharing the vision and ethics;
∎ Excellent communication skills.
