আমরা খুঁজছি এমন একজন Creative Graphic Design Mentor, যিনি শুধু সফটওয়্যার শেখাবেন না— বরং শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে “ডিজাইন থিংকিং”, “ব্র্যান্ড সেন্স” ও “ইন্ডাস্ট্রি প্র্যাকটিস”-এর মাধ্যমে প্রফেশনাল হিসেবে গড়ে তুলবেন।
মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ
কোর্স কারিকুলাম অনুযায়ী Graphic Design (Basic to Advance) ক্লাস নেওয়া
শিক্ষার্থীদের প্র্যাকটিক্যাল প্রজেক্ট, অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট ও পোর্টফোলিও তৈরিতে সহায়তা করা
ব্র্যান্ডিং, টাইপোগ্রাফি, কালার থিওরি, লেআউট ও ডিজাইন থিংকিং শেখানো
শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে Freelancing, Agency Work ও Corporate Design Project-এর জন্য প্রস্তুত করা
কোর্স চলাকালীন Creative Trends, Market Demand ও Design Updates শেয়ার করা
শিক্ষার্থীদের কাজের ফিডব্যাক দেওয়া ও তাদের ক্রিয়েটিভিটি বাড়ানোর জন্য মেন্টরশিপ প্রদান
প্রয়োজনীয় সফটওয়্যার ও টুলস
Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW
UI/UX Tools (Preferred): Figma, Adobe XD
Motion & Video Tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva Video
Digital Illustration & Branding Tools: Procreate, Midjourney (AI-Based), Canva

Behance / Dribbble / Upwork / Fiverr-এ প্রমাণিত পোর্টফোলিও থাকা আবশ্যক
ক্লাস নেওয়ার দক্ষতা, Public Speaking ও Student Motivation Skill থাকা জরুরি
