Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in any degree in any discipline (Preferences Fine Arts)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create highly engaging animations for a diverse array of media, including Facebook, Instagram and the web.
∎ Work with digital marketing team to understand the project scope and objectives.
∎ Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
∎ Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
∎ Selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for projects.
∎ Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
∎ Support the design and illustration team with designing and illustration.
∎ Create Social media advertisement images
∎ Design any brochure, flyer, poster etc.
∎ Any other task/s assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 5 years of graphic designing experience including motion graphics and 2D animation.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing high-end motion graphic skills.
∎ As well as being extremely driven and having a desire to develop his/her skill set and grow, the ideal Creative Designer & Animator will have the following skills and qualities:
∎ Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style.
∎ Ability to create communicative visual design.
∎ Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key.
∎ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
∎ Excellent knowledge of social media content creation and guidelines.
∎ Strong ability to create conceptual layouts for motion graphic projects.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Essential skills:
∎ Adobe After Effects
∎ Adobe Illustrator
∎ Adobe Photoshop
∎ Adobe Character Animator
