• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and CapCut.

• Aesthetic Sense: Exceptional understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling tailored to cosmetic products.

• Social Media Trends: Deep understanding of current Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok video trends and audience psychology.Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with camera operation, studio lighting, softboxes, ring lights, and mobile shooting techniques.

Job Context & Responsibilities:

• Product Photography & Videography:

  • Plan and execute high-quality tabletop product shoots, flat-lays, and lifestyle photography for cosmetic products.

  • Produce, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional video ads).

• Graphics & Visual Design:

  • Design eye-catching social media banners, promotional materials, website sliders, and WhatsApp catalog layouts.

  • Maintain brand consistency in color schemes, typography, and aesthetic presentation across all digital touchpoints.

• Editing & Retouching:

  • Perform high-end product retouching and color-correction in Photoshop/Lightroom to accurately reflect product shades and textures.

  • Edit short videos with dynamic transitions, subtitles, sound design, and color grading.

• Creative Strategy & Website Aesthetics:

  • Brainstorm innovative visual concepts for new product launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Periodically revamp and refresh website banners, visual themes, and promotional UI elements.
