Responsibilities & Context:
Create and develop screen-printing designs according to buyer requirements.
Prepare print-ready artwork and color separations.
Ensure correct print size, placement, color, and registration.
Prepare artwork for sampling and bulk production.
Check print quality and resolve design-related issues.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams.
Maintain artwork files and approval records.
Ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality designs.
