Additional Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of direct merchandising experience in intimate wear.
Strong product knowledge of bras, panties and lingerie, including construction and fit requirements.
Experience handling international buyers and their development and approval processes.
Sound understanding of tech packs, measurements and TNA management.
Good knowledge of intimate wear fabrics, elastics, trims and accessories.
Strong costing, negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
Good communication skills in English and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced Executive, Merchandising to manage intimate wear orders from product development to shipment. The role requires coordination with international buyers, suppliers and production teams to meet buyer specifications, quality standards and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle buyer communication, inquiries and order follow-up for intimate wear products.
Coordinate sample development and approvals based on buyer tech packs and measurement specifications.
Source fabrics, elastics and trims in line with product requirements.
Prepare costing and support price negotiations with buyers and suppliers.
Maintain Time and Action (TNA) plans and monitor development, material sourcing and production milestones.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure timely shipment.
