Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Course Coordinator shall be responsible for conducting communication on behalf of the institute.
∎ The Course Coordinator shall maintain inventory of all non‐consumable stores and items which is the property of the institute.
∎ The Course Coordinator shall arrange to make copies of documents required by the teaching faculty.
∎ The Course Coordinator shall be in charge of allocating seats and beds in BMTI hostel.
∎ The Course Coordinator shall act as coordinator of BMTI.
∎ The Course Coordinator shall maintain liaison with the trainees.
∎ The Course Coordinator reports to the Principal and the Vice Principal of BMTI.
∎ The Administrator shall assist the MR in maintaining quality records and documents.
∎ Any other related jobs as may be required by the Principal of the Institute.
