Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provides counseling to students seeking educational opportunities in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, UK and European countries.
∎ Assesses students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable educational programs.
∎ Handles university applications through Global Study Partners, KC Overseas,Apply board, and various online portals.
∎ Stays updated on changes in immigration policies.
∎ Researches universities, programs, and visa requirements.
∎ Assists the consulting team with various tasks related to study abroad programs.
∎ Supports students in writing statements of purpose (SOPs), developing their CVs, and explaining study gaps. WORK EXPERIENCE
∎ Provides documentation guidelines for sponsors, including attestation, affidavits, tax returns, tax assessments, CA firm evaluations, insurance, and accommodation services.
∎ Maintains detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system to ensure continuity of service across the counseling team.
∎ Collaborates with other counselors to share knowledge and develop innovative strategies to address client needs.
