∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Context:
∎ i-Global Services is looking for counselors who has sufficient knowledge and experience on study abroad and immigration processes and he/she should be ambitious, hard- working, self -motivated and carrier oriented and must have good command in English.
∎ Job Location-Dhaka (Mirpur-10)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare file of study abroad applications especially USA, UK and Canada and also immigration applications of i-Global Services Clients with the guidelines of relevant rules and regulations.
∎ Establish and maintain communication with the foreign Universities and Colleges regarding admission process of the students.
∎ Conduct consultancy/counseling to individuals or group of clients and guardians physically or over phone about admission procedure of foreign universities.
∎ Creating and Managing Customers, Maintain visitors Database and regular follow - up them.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
∎ Arrange Seminars with prospective students.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and also electric and print media advertisements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least one year as a councilor or executive in an immigration or student consultancy firm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent oral and written communications skill in English (Preference will be given to the candidates scored 6.5 or above in IELTS).
∎ Must be able to work in team and work under pressure
∎ Excellent computer skill is mandatory
∎ Must be very keen to learn about new things
∎ Have the quality of being punctual at work.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
