Job Context: We are looking for passionate, motivated Counselor Executives with experience in student counseling and study abroad admissions. Candidates with knowledge of UK, Canadian, and European admissions and visa processing will receive preference.
Counsel prospective students on higher education opportunities in the UK, Canada, and Europe based on their academic background, career goals, and preferences.
Provide comprehensive guidance on university selection, admission requirements, application procedures, and student visa processes.
Collect, review, and organize all required documents for admission and visa processing.
Maintain professional and timely communication with students and their guardians throughout the application process.
Generate leads independently through personal networking, referrals, outreach, and other relevant channels.
Actively utilize social media platforms and digital channels for client prospecting, engagement, and lead generation.
Meet and exceed monthly counseling, lead conversion, and student enrollment targets.
Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
