1.Men's Wear Design-এ ২–৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
2.বিশেষ করে Panjabi, Kurta ও Traditional Men's Wear ডিজাইনে অভিজ্ঞতা।
3.অন্যান্য Men's Wear Category ডিজাইন করার সক্ষমতা।
4.Adobe Illustrator ও Photoshop-এ দক্ষতা।
5.Fabric, Pattern, Measurement ও Garment Construction সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান।
4.Sample Development ও Production Coordination-এর অভিজ্ঞতা।
7.Professional Design Portfolio থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context
নতুন ও ট্রেন্ডি Men's Panjabi Design তৈরি করা।
নতুন Panjabi Collection ও Seasonal Collection Development করা।
Fabric, Color, Print, Embroidery ও Accessories নির্বাচন করা।
ডিজাইন অনুযায়ী Printing, Embroidery এবং অন্যান্য Processing-এর Technical Instructions তৈরি করা।
Adobe Illustrator ও Photoshop ব্যবহার করে ডিজাইন ও Technical Flat Sketch তৈরি করা।
Measurement Chart, Size Specification ও Tech Pack তৈরি করা।
Pattern Maker ও Sample Development Team-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করা।
Sample Fitting, Finishing ও Product Quality যাচাই করা।
Production Team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে ডিজাইনের সঠিক বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করা।
Fabric Consumption ও Product Cost সম্পর্কে ধারণা রাখা।
ভবিষ্যতে Shirt, T-Shirt, Polo, Trouser, Kabli Set, Waistcoat ও অন্যান্য Men's Wear Product Development করা।
নতুন Product Category চালুর জন্য Research ও Design Planning করা।
