Job Context:
∎ The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), in partnership with Ministry of Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment is looking for seven (7) Counsellors for the Migrant Resource Centres in Dhaka and Cumilla.
∎ Established in partnership with the Ministry of Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment (MEWOE), MRCs will conduct comprehensive information campaign and community education to promote safe, orderly and regular migration, and provide pre-departure counselling and information to prospective migrants to enable them to make informed decisions regarding living and working overseas. The MRCs will also help strengthen the pre-departure orientation briefings provided by the Technical Training Centres for Bangladeshi migrant workers.
