Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, etc.) is preferred.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear, Garments Accessories

• Monitor and analyze raw materials, labor, and overhead costs for luggage and footwear production.

• Estimate costs for new product designs and updates, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting for production.

• Calculate and report inventory costs, managing the valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

• Perform cost variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and standard costs, providing management insights.

• Assist in preparing detailed budgets and forecasts for the luggage and footwear divisions.

• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to determine pricing strategies based on cost data.

• Identify areas where costs can be reduced, and implement efficiency improvements in production and procurement processes.

• Prepare detailed cost accounting reports for management, including cost of goods sold (COGS), margins, and profitability metrics.

• Ensure all cost accounting practices comply with relevant accounting standards and internal company policies.

• Work closely with departments such as procurement, production, sales, and finance to ensure accurate cost tracking and financial reporting.
