∎ Preferred Professional Certification: sales certification
∎ Skills Required: Branding Skills, Corporate Marketing, Direct Sales
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branding, Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Sales Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of independently looking All kinds of Corporate Sales & Marketing activities of Agro Machinery Industry.
∎ Must have Knowledge of Material & Designing.
∎ Estimating, Scheduling, good understanding of details on Farm Machinery Marketing. Good experiences & knowledge in Farm Machinery Marketing activities is highly appreciated to apply for the position.
∎ The Candidates must be expert in Farm Machinery Marketing targets through regular monitoring with Clients and gradually increase in the whole country.
∎ Should be able to prepare strategic planning for implementation and run the department smoothly.
∎ Should be able to communicate with various Govt. /Semi Govt./Autonomous/Private Offices and keep close liaison with the Public Relation Department.
∎ Plan, strategize and execute marketing designs, campaign and activities to ensure strong brand presence in the market
∎ Strategic guideline to sales team for achieving Volume, market share & profitability of the specific Farm Machinery segment in line with Annual Business Plan.
∎ Helping the category head in preparing ABP, and all stages from import planning to product delivery.
∎ Analyzing consumer trends and market gap to identify future sources of growth of the brand.
∎ Keeping liaison with Project Head for ensuring right product planning/projection at a competitive price and in right time.
∎ Maintain optimum inventory level of all the farm machinery and spare brand.
∎ Ensures trade marketing through merchandising, visibility of the brand at all POS.
∎ Effective plan & implementation of 7Ps of marketing.
∎ Regular market visits to capture competition information to plan ahead of the competitions
∎ Generate monthly report capturing competition sales & activities and prepare counter strategy
∎ Coordinate with outside agencies for design & development of marketing issues and digital promotional campaigns related to the business.
∎ Analyze the impact of all sorts of marketing/digital marketing/activities and assess the impact to take future measures..
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the related fields (Agro Machineries Marketing) will be given Priority.
∎ Self Motivated.
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Organized & Discipline.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office
