Experience:
BA/Hon’s/BBA or Masters/MBA from any Reputed College/University.
Candidate should be presentable, enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills.
Candidate should have good communication skills with adequate computer literacy.
Candidate should have good command on both spoken and written English.
Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge and work under stress.
To plan, organize and manage the Functions of Hon`ble Chairman`s Secretariat.
To receive all orders, advices & guidance of the Hon`ble Chairman and carry out the same as per his desire.
To attend mails, memos etc. and reply against the same as per advice & guidance of the Hon`ble Chairman.
To organize receptions, get-together, appointments, meetings, seminars, symposiums, interviews etc. of the Hon`ble Chairman by maintaining a Calendar of Events & Activities.
To ensure proper safety, security and other pertinent management of the Hon`ble Chairman`s Secretariat.
To collect Business Intelligence Report from various sources and provide the same to the Hon`ble Chairman for his observation, advice & guidance.
To ensure proper liaison & coordination management with various Business Concerns of Labib Group as well as other relevant Govt., Non-Govt. & International Agencies.
Other jobs & responsibilities as desired by the Hon`ble Chairman from time to time.
