∎ Minimum 4 years of working experience in administrative or managerial roles, preferably in an academic institution or faculty development center
∎ Experience in coordinating training programs, workshops, or institutional partnerships is a plus
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, data management, and digital tools for administrative tasks
∎ Ability to analyze feedback and data to improve program effectiveness
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with faculty, staff, and external partners
∎ Strong ethical values, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding ethics and morality in all administrative functions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform daily administrative functions to ensure efficient operations of LTIC
∎ Maintain and manage budgets, financial records, and procurement processes for the center
∎ Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and documentation related to LTIC activities
∎ Handle logistics and coordination for LTIC events, training sessions, and faculty workshops
∎ Manage venue bookings, equipment setup, and participant registrations
∎ Ensure seamless execution of faculty development programs and maintain quality standards
∎ Maintain records of faculty participation, CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points, and program evaluations
∎ Develop a structured repository for training materials, reports, and best practices
∎ Assist in managing partnerships with external institutions, guest speakers, and industry experts
∎ Manage LTIC's official communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, and social media platforms
∎ Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information to stakeholders
∎ Perform additional responsibilities as required by the Director to support LTIC's mission and objectives

∎ Key Responsibilities
