Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accountancy/ Management/ MBA in Finance/Accounting with minimum 7 years working experience or Bachelor degree with 10 years working experience in managing finance and accounts.
∎ CA (Knowledge Level Complete)
∎ ICMA (Inter Complete)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/She will:
∎ Maintain documentation in agreed formats
∎ Prepare documents for internal and external auditing
∎ Closely monitor all payments and expenditures
∎ Prepare and submit annual work plan and budget
∎ Manage and coordinate all procurement and contractual aspects of project-related goods, equipment in accordance with government procurement guidelines
∎ Timely implementation of all financial and procurement activities as planned and timely submission of financial report
∎ Lead/manage his team
∎ Coordinate with respective Government bodies related to the project
∎ Coordinate with respective Executive Board of the association
∎ Report to Chief Coordinator of the project, Standing Committee & related EC members
∎ He/She will also participate in regular meetings organized by the SDCMU-SEIP related to financial management and procurement.

∎ Age 30 to 50 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial, Purchase/ Procurement, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Development Agency, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, Consultancy Service, Inventory/Warehouse, Investment/Merchant Banking
∎ Preference will be given to candidates having hands on experience on project fund management.
∎ Must have expertise on Excel and work experience on any Accounting software
Salary:
∎ 90,000 Taka (Negotiable)

This special project is implemented by Finance Division under Ministry of Finance and financed by Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Swiss Agency for Development and cooperation (SDC).
