∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): NGO/ Other Services

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track all incoming and outgoing communication between GUK and external entities
∎ Summarize and brief all incoming correspondence to the Executive Director, forward it to respective department and ensure timely response upon ED's approval.
∎ Prepare, update, and track the versions of all communication related documents.
∎ Prepare and update Executive Director's presentation according to his guidance
∎ Prepare contract documents and project proposals
∎ Collect meeting agenda from different departments, organize meeting, record, and disseminate meeting minutes and follow up the action items with directors and HODs.
∎ Track the Executive Director's work schedule and timely update him with relevant information.
∎ Plan and organize travel of the Executive director in home and abroad.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 - 10 years' experience of cross-functional coordination
∎ Good oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Should be familiar with different types of communication and skilled at developing appropriate documents.
∎ Must have good command on computer application like MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Should be familiar with email management, social media, messaging, and video conferencing applications
∎ The candidate should be able to critically analyze various financial statements and reports
∎ Good stress and time management skill
∎ Candidates having experience of closely working with senior officials will get additional advantage
∎ Candidates having experience of project management specially in development sector will get advantage.
∎ Should be ready to travel frequently.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
