Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support the Joint Director of Campus Life with all aspects of the delivery and development of campus life activities, including immersive learning
∎ To manage the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme
∎ To manage other student-centered activities and specific projects as required
∎ To liaise with faculty and staff, and coordinate with relevant departments in regard to Campus Life activities
∎ To support the monitoring and evaluation of Campus Life activities and immersive programmes
∎ To act as a deputy to the Joint Director of Campus Life as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Effective leadership, influencing skills, very strong interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bengali
∎ Effective organizational, administrative and project management skills
∎ Ability to appreciate and support students from diverse backgrounds
∎ Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively
∎ Understanding how to create excellent student experience and to support fulfilling educational activities
∎ Capacity to produce promotional materials and strong IT skills
∎ Ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues is essential
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
